Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to translate concepts into practical, high-quality interiors that align with our firm's design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects and clients to develop interior concepts and space plans.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design execution.
• Prepare BOQs and assist in project costing.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp/ V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong design and detailing ability with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or high-end residential interiors.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Experience with client presentations and on-site coordination.

Architect

Role Overview

Kashelkar Designs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Architect to join our growing architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural design and detailing, with proven proficiency in Revit and elevation design. You will work closely with senior architects to develop concepts, produce accurate drawings, and ensure design excellence through all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural concepts, schematic designs, and working drawings.
• Develop and manage Revit models, ensuring accuracy and coordination with other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed building elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
• Support design development and material selection under senior architect guidance.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renders, and presentation documents.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project coordination activities.
• Ensure drawings adhere to design intent, technical standards, and project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent skills in elevation design, detailing, and spatial planning.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and Revit family creation.
• Understanding of local building codes and construction practices.
